Join the Tatra photography team in Portugal’s breathtaking mid Atlantic archipelago. Sao Miguel island will be the focus of our landscape photography tour of the Azores.

São Miguel is the biggest island in the Portuguese Azores archipelago. It’s known for its volcanic scenery, flora and rich marine life. During this 5 day photography tour of the Azores we will capture the majestic mountains, mighty cascading waterfalls, sweeping cliffs, white sandy beaches and tiny fishing settlements. All which make Sao Miguel island a photographers dream.

Tatra photography provide photographic tuition with our award winning professional photographer Paulo Silva. During the workshop you will be able to learn all the different techniques to photograph the lakes, mountains and waterfalls and come home with some outstanding images. The tuition will cover composition, shutter speeds, apertures & understanding histograms.

All levels are catered for with digital & film. So whether you are new to photography, an enthusiast or a seasoned pro looking for a new photography holiday, The Azores is an oasis of breathtaking scenery.

Over the five days, you can expect a fun packed workshop of great photography, great company and great food in the beautiful surroundings of Sao Miguel.
