Plitvice Lakes & Waterfalls | Tatra Photography
Join the Tatra photography team in Croatia’s breathtaking natural splendour of Plitvice lakes & waterfalls. Plitvice Lakes are composed of 16 interlinked lakes and 25 hectares of woods, lakes and waterfalls surrounded by the mountains of Mala Kapela and Pljesivica. Plitvice lakes are renowned for their distinctive colours, ranging from azure to green, grey or blue. The colours change constantly depending on the quantity of minerals or organisms in the water and the angle of sunlight.
We will use the eight km of pathways and wooden walking trails around the lakes to photograph this outstanding location. The trails descend from an altitude of 636m to 503m above sea level. The lakes that are formed by natural dams are separated into upper and lower lakes providing fantastic photographic opportunities.
Tatra photography provide photographic tuition with professional photographer Paulo Silva. During the workshop you will be able to learn all the different techniques to photograph the lakes & waterfalls and come home with some outstanding images.
